Dr. Kristin Schaffer, DC
Dr. Schaffer is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Biology. Prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Schaffer spent 10 years as a massage therapist and personal trainer. As a massage therapist, she worked almost exclusively with professional and elite triathletes and Ironman competitors. Dr. Schaffer is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist and will soon be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Dr. Schaffer is owner and Clinic Director of Grand Health Chiropractic & Wellness Center, located in St. Paul, MN. She and her colleagues work to help athletes recover as quickly as possible from injuries utilizing Chiropractic treatments, rehab, therapeutic exercise, nutrition, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, an acute injury, or just want to stay healthy, Dr. Schaffer has the tools you need to live your best life. This enthusiastic doctor enjoys treating patients with a variety of conditions including migraine headaches, numbness and tingling in arms and hands, shoulder injuries, herniated discs, arthritis, sports injuries and lots more.
In her spare time, Dr. Schaffer enjoys weight lifting, water skiing, snow skiing, mountain biking, and playing with her two Labrador retrievers.
